Booking Timeframe

Load-in, setup, reset, and load-out must take place within your booking timeframe. Please take this into consideration when booking to allow for ample time.

Furniture

The studio is furnished with a wide variety of lounge pieces, tables, chairs, rugs and plants. Furniture may be moved to create a custom feel and look.

All guests must use street parking on Ave M and enter through the west door.
