FRONT STUDIO
The Front Studio is over 1,000 square feet of white walls and is flooded with natural light from south-facing windows. Offering a light and airy feel that compliments any style.
SUNROOM
The Sunroom offers an additional flex-space while featuring west-facing glass that lets in the perfect amount of indirect sunlight.

Booking Timeframe
Load-in, setup, reset, and load-out must take place within your booking timeframe. Please take this into consideration when booking to allow for ample time.

Furniture
The studio is furnished in partnership with Refined Rentals & Events to feature a wide variety of lounge pieces, tables, chairs, rugs and plants. Our studio’s signature vignette is included with the standard rental and all other furniture pieces are included in the upgraded package. Furniture may be moved to create a custom feel and look but please keep in mind that sofas require two people to move and all furniture must be placed back to its original location.

All guests must use street parking on Ave M and enter through the west door.
